Meet the Team
Nest Property Solutions is a local Moses Lake company and we take pride in our years of experience in the local real estate industry. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service and keeping their properties in top condition. We use the latest technology to help us keep an eye on all of our properties, from managing rent payments to managing repairs and maintenance. Through our online software we are able to streamline the management and rental process via our tech enabled office including a one click marketing platform, online tenant and owner portals, digital lease signings, online payments, and more. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our owner and tenants. We look forward to working with you!
Blake Rollins has been a licensed realtor since 2015. His passion for real estate started in 2012 when he bought his first home and fell in love with the process. He has since helped hundreds of buyers and sellers and with that has come a plethora of knowledge regarding maintaining properties, real estate as an investment, and landlord/tenant laws. He is an active member of the community, serving as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club. Starting a property management company has always been a goal of his and in 2023 came Nest Property Solutions. He has worked tirelessly to open Nest Property Solutions alongside his wife, Kaylee Rollins. Together, their goal is to elevate the property management experience for both owners and tenants. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and promoting best practices for property management.
Emily Sawyer is a dedicated property manager who works hard to protect and maximize the value of every property she manages. She’s known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable. Property owners can trust Emily to treat their investment with care and professionalism. With a background in real estate, Emily understands what it takes to keep properties running smoothly. She focuses on minimizing vacancies, maintaining properties, and keeping tenants happy. She’s proactive, solution-driven, and ensures clear communication with both owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Emily is active with her family and involved in her church and community. Her commitment to service is reflected in her work, where she leads with integrity and consistency.
Emily’s goal is simple: to give property owners peace of mind while helping their investments thrive.
Lesly Jimenez-Barajas is the assistant property manager at Nest Property Solutions. She works closely with the property manager to handle maintenance, unit turns, and getting properties ready for new tenants. Lesly communicates with both owners and tenants about maintenance issues and makes sure everything is followed up on and completed properly. She’s always willing to lend a hand and approaches her work with a positive attitude.
Lesly is active in her community and her church. Outside of work, she’s a big fan of Adele and enjoys spending time with her family. She is a great asset to the Nest team.
Kaylee Rollins has a background in healthcare compliance and a keen attention to detail. Her main focus at Nest is business development, marketing, compliance, staff training, and keeping up to date on laws and regulations related to property management and real estate sales. Passionate about staying current with real estate trends and legal requirements, Kaylee plays an important role in staff development and compliance-related training.
She grew up in Moses Lake and has a strong connection to the area, which makes her truly invested in the community. When she's not working, she loves spending time with her family.
